Renovation of a municipal facility in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 18 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The substantial completion date for this project is 518 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. As a condition of award, within five (5) days of receipt of the proposed Contract Agreement from the State, the apparent low bidder shall return the Contract Agreement to the State, properly executed, along with the Bondsif required by said Agreement. Low bidders who cannot meet these provisions may be subject to disqualification and forfeiture of the bid security. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids. e Contract estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
