Then prep and paint all surfaces 1.Scrape loose paint from exterior of house, garage, and outbuildings. 2. Prepare the exterior of house, garage, and outbuildings for painting including repairs. 3. Paint exterior of house, garage, and outbuildings 1 st with primer and then 2 coats of exterior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff. 4. Patch and prepare all interior walls, and prime as necessary 5. Prepare all interior trim and woodwork 6. Paint interior walls with 2 coats of interior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff 7. Refinish all interior trim and woodwork to match original finishes 8. All work is to be performed by OSHA standards. 9. All paint debris must be cleaned up by Contractor
