Project is to be completed within 120 days after receipt of Purchase Order Remove existing reader board and install new Double Faced LED. I. Sign Shall Be: o 3'11" x 7'11" (60x120 Res.) 20mm Double Face LED with Full Color Video (2) o 2' x 10' LED lit cabinet without faces (Faces used from existing cabinet o Steel angle frame for LED mounting o Wireless Wi-Fi Communication Kit o Web-Based Software and Training o Manufacturer's ON-SITE 7-year parts and labor warranty o Graphic design custom content package -- 7 years from manufacturer with 10 images per month Brand: Vantage Led Sign; or approved equal. 11. Colors shall be: To be determined at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Ill. Note: 1. The colors reflected are approximations; Owner will choose the actual colors, from what will appear on manufacturer submitted color charts and catalogs. 2. When ordering a colored product, please make your selections based on how color appears in the appropriate color chart Prior to Manufacturing and Installation: 3. Actual Sign Dimensions & Sign Placement to Be Field Verified (survey / equipment i.e., bucket truck maybe required) 4. (Dimensions and placement are approximate and for illustration only) Location to be approved by Owner. 5. Contractor to remove and clean up area on a daily basis. 6. Existing sign has electrical power. Bidders need to verify if power is sufficient
