Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for repairs to the facade at the Old Courthouse, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Questions must be addressed in writing to Wicomico County Purchasing at purchasing@wicomicocounty.org. 2. The last date to submit questions for clarification will be noon on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Set up safety requirements, per OSHA standards. 2. Remove any job-related trash and safely demobilize from site. 3. Contractors shall be responsible for any required permits. 4. Provide Wicomico County with a minimum of Two (2) year workmanship warranty, list additional warranty information. 5. Supply manufacturer's System Plus warranty. 6. Contractors shall provide a list of itemized costs for any additional work potentially needed. 7. Include product delivery and installation timeframes for work completion.
