Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. In general, the work consists of: remodeling WEM Room 224 by dividing the existing space into two separate rooms that will include one administrative space with kitchenette and one separate office area with workstations. This work will add a wall and address HVAC, electrical, lighting, systems/data and fire alarms as appropriate. This will include ancillary finishes including painting, flooring and acoustical ceiling panels. Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 16.855(10), Wisconsin Statutes, that the Division believes it is in the best interests of the State to contract the following work from only one source, without the usual statutory procedures: o 09 65 19 Resilient Tile Flooring; Rubber Floor Tile o 09 68 13 Tile Carpeting The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
