Demolition for a residential development in Cruger, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
The Town of Cruger is soliciting bids for two (2) homeowner housing units that will be demolished and rebuilt and two (2) homeowner housing units that will be rehabilitated with the Town's HOME rehab grant (#1231-M19-SG-280-107). Prior to bidding, all contractors must complete and have on file the Qualifications of the General Contractor Form. Floor Plans and Specifications will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Inquiries should be directed to Chris Weathers, Project Administrator, at (662) 283-2675. Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction/rehab. All bidders shall know that the Board of Aldermen shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the President's Executive Order No. 11246. The Town of Cruger reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on behalf of the homeowners. The Town of Cruger is an equal opportunity housing provider.
