Awarded Contractor must submit bonds no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notification of Award. The work to be performed includes site, civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical work associated with the construction of the North Miami Beach Interconnect - Water Booster Pump Station Rehabilitation Project in the City of Hallandale Beach. The work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: - Provide services for stake out survey, locating and protecting existing utilities, pollution control abatement, and relocation of existing utilities - Remove four (4) existing water booster pumps - Remove all associated piping, supports, and fittings - Remove electrical items as needed from the existing booster pump station - Rehabilitation, pressure clean and coat the inside and outside of existing dry well, including new access hatches - Coordinate, furnish and install electrical service drop - Furnish and install electrical equipment including new utility meter, fused disconnect switch, manual transfer switch, generator receptacle, pump starter panel, step-down transformer, and all ancillary supports, systems, etc. - Furnish and install power, instrumentation and control raceway and conductors - Furnish and install electrical grounding system - Furnish and install site lighting and receptacle systems - Furnish and install Remote Telemetry Unit and site PLC programming - Coordinate and update water treatment plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Graphical Interface displays - Furnish and install instrumentation panel including all remote sensors - Provide start-up services for electrical and instrumentation systems -Furnish and install water booster pumps - Furnish and install water piping, fittings and supports - Furnish and install sleeving for connection of piping to the existing water main - Furnish and install flow meter, vault, and access hatch - Furnish and install gate valve with electronically controlled actuator, vault, and access hatch - Furnish and install pavement restoration of existing pavement - Furnish and install asphalt and concrete pavement surfaces (including base and subbase) - Furnish and install retaining wall, stairway, handrails and concrete slabs -Furnish and install chain link fence and gate - Provide for and/or maintaining the following: as-built survey, maintenance of traffic, dewatering, by-pass pumping, maintaining continuous water service and property access, coordination with different agencies such as the City, AT&T, and FPL, FDOT, and other agencies as needed, preparation and submittal of shop drawings and record drawings, testing, and other restorations Question Deadline 07/26/2023 at 11:00 AM ET All question send via email kvohwinkel@cohb.org *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
