Site work and paving for a civil project in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Hartwood Drive and Woodland Drive Contract will consist of installation of storm drainage piping and pre-cast concrete structures on Hartwood Drive and Woodland Drive, including reconstructing the road base per plans. Work will also include re-paving Hartwood Drive and a section of Woodland Drive. The drainage and road shall be constructed per the attached drawings and specifications. Bidders will not be required to furnish a bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction is intended to start upon Notice to Proceed, and must be substantially completed by November 7, 2025 with final completion on or before December 1, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all proposals, to reject any or all proposals.
