The Request for Quotes will support the formation of a firm-fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to conduct shoring on the historic Kern House at Ste. Genevieve National Historic Site. Contractors must review the solicitation package and return the information requested not later than the specified date. LOCATION: Ste. Genevieve National Historic Site, 19071 US-61, Ste. Genevieve, MO. MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. BONDS: Required as stated in Block 12. Payment bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the final award amount. NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 238990 with a size standard of $19.0 million. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Businesses registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) must update their SAM registration in order to have their small business status updated based on the new size standards effective March 17, 2023. Until the SAM registration is updated, the SAM profiles will continue to display the small business status under the old size standards. NOTICE: This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
