Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Denison, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and road / highway.
As of July 20, 2023 project is awarded to Texas Contracting Services, Inc, no awarded amount. This particular proposal package is for the concrete and asphalt paving shown throughout the plans. It includes gates and site restoration as noted. This project is for the construction of the new Intake Raw Water Pump Station (with Vertical Turbine Pumps) and associated components with 30 MGD initial capacity and ability to expand in the future to 50 MGD. The project also includes construction of approximately 6,750 LF of 42" raw water pipeline, approximately 1700 LF of 8" potable water line, approximately 8600 LF of 24" Potable Waterline, a 200' aerial crossing of the spillway, an access road, lake intake channel, outfall structure, site development, environmental mitigation, site security, electrical and installation of SCADA improvements. All Proposals shall include a line-item price for providing Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract. The payment and performance bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas. Liquidated Damages $500/day- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be received inwriting via CivCast, no later than 3:00 pm CST, June 08, 2023. CMAR and owner reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals and waive any and all formalities, and the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Proposals or counter proposals.
