The Disadvantage Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the Minority Employment Provisions The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the requirements to reconstruct athletic courts at multiple parks including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete. The locations are as follows: o Daffin Park, 1301 E. Victory Dr., Savannah, GA. Three (3) Tennis Courts The courts being reconstrued are the hard courts closest to Victory Drive (Attachment A). o Kennedy Park, 905 Collat Ave, Savannah GA. Two (2) Tennis Courts at located across the street from Carver Village Community Center (Attachment B) o West Side Park, 1519 Damon St., Savannah GA. Two (2) Basketball Courts at (Attachment C) o Bo Levett Field, 1501 Stiles Ave, Savannah GA. Two (2) Tennis Courts (Attachment D o Forsyth Park, 2 West Gaston St., Savannah GA. Two (2) Basketball Courts are located southwest of the park off West Park Ave (Attachment E) To submit pricing electronically for this event, enter pricing for each line item shown under the lines tab on the event summary.
