Renovation of a mixed-use development in Henrietta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate sealed bids for: 1) General Construction Work, 2) Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Work, 3) Plumbing Work, 4) Electrical Work, and 5) Sitework, for the Rush-Henrietta Central School District’s “2023 Sperry Capital Improvements Project” (to be performed at Sperry High School) will be received and time stamped by the Rush-Henrietta Central School District Facilities Department, 1133 LeHigh Station Road, Henrietta, New York A Bid Bond or Certified check made payable to the Rush-Henrietta Central School District in the amount of five (5%) of the Bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders, must be deposited by each Bidder with his Bid as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to him, he will within ten (10) days thereafter, execute such contract and furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, and that bidder shall not withdraw his Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the above date of Bid Opening,
