The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Provision of a Pavement Management System hosted on a cloud-based platform. Configure, migrate data from existing sources and implementation for one year from the completion of initial installation and Go Live, including the first year of subscription, support and maintenance. (b) Subscription, hosting, support and provide maintenance for a period of five (5) years after the first year of implementation with the option of six (6) mutually agreed upon annual extensions. (c) Configure and implement an automated or semi-automated method of condition rating / data collection for streets, alleys, paths and sidewalks to replace manual data collection. Data from each infrastructure type will be collected in its entirety once in 2024 and once again in 2027 with the option of two (2) mutually agreed upon additional data collection cycles in 2030 and 2033.
