As of July 7 ,2023 the project was awarded to LaRiviere Inc for $1,615,451.50. The project includes the following work: The project consists of the replacement and relocation of the existing Corbin Lift Station. All work shall be in accordance with the contract documents; key elements of the project include, but are not limited to: pre-cast lift station which includes wet well, overflow basin, and valve vault; triplex, (3) pump system; site piping; standby generator; control building; motor control center; abandonment and demolition of the existing lift station; construction of concrete driveway and gravel driveway surface A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation "BID ENCLOSED". Bids delivered by facsimile machine will not be accepted. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to BID on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder's security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier's Check, or d) Cash. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
