Project includes the removal of the existing flooring, installation of new flooring, installation of new metal-framed gypsum board partitions, installing new doors and frames, painting new and existing interior walls, replacing damaged ceiling tiles. Also included is associated HVAC and electrical work. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid will be required in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier s Check or Certified Check payable to the owner. Security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Contractor Agreement including a 100% Performance and Payment Bond for the value of the Contractor s Bid Amount. Public Property, including but not limited to preference for Wyoming laborers and materials, the five percent (5%) preference for resident contractors, limitations on subcontracting by resident contractors and certification of residency status
