The Base Bid includes but is not be limited to site clearing and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb, ADA ramps, HMA pavement repair, HMA milling and paving, crosswalk reconstruction, signage, striping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 5,004 SF of concrete sidewalk, 720 LF of concrete curb, 23,449 SY of HMA milling, 2,831 Tons of 9.5M64 HMA Surface Course, 3,157 SY of 5" HMA Pavement Repair (If and Where Directed), repair of 19 storm inlets and 4 solar powered bi-directional RRFB signs.
