The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified teams for the Campus Space Use Study. This study is intended to determine how an optimal fit can be created between the university"physical resources, its academic mission, and its operational culture, and to provide tools and processes for ongoing management of that fit. The study will take place in the context of continued undergraduate enrollment growth, an increasing institutional focus on publicly- and privately-funded research, and post-pandemic cultural changes like the introduction of remote and hybrid work that will affect the need for on-campus offices, hoteling spaces, etc. The selected project team will work with a core group of university administrators led by the Office of the Provost to help guide and shape the decision-making process. The team will consult with a range of stakeholders across the ten colleges, including deans, department heads, faculty, and staff The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
