Site work for a mixed-use development in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Harrison County Board of Education is inviting qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Engineering Design Services for the following project: Blacktopping of parking lots in 13 schools during 2023/2024 years. Traditional design, bidding, and construction administration services will be required. The project will encompass the blacktopping of parking lots at 13 schools including mobilization, construction layout, asphalt sealing, and pavement markings customized as needed to each location listed below: 1. Lincoln Middle School - 58,500 SF 2. Liberty High School - 112,700 SF 3. United High School - 30,400 SF 4. Nutter Fort Elementary School - 77,000 SF 5. West Milford Elementary School - 2,000 SF 6. Big Elm Elementary School - 35,800 SF 7. Lumberport Elementary School - 6,600 SF 8. Bridgeport Middle School Front and Bus Loop - 62,560 SF 9. Lincoln High School Back Lot - 19,575 SF 10. Nutter Fort Back Lot Bus Terminal - 42,800 SF 11. Robert C Byrd High School Bus Loop and Front Road - 44,000 12. Robert C Byrd High School Sealing both parking lots on end of building - 1,800 SF 13. Mountaineer Middle School - 47,540 SF All services will be performed by qualified professionals in collaboration with the Harrison County Board of Education's administrative staff and if applicable, the WVDE.
