Resurfacing Cold Mix (Various Roadways) The Construction and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, (ODOT) dated January
1, 2019, and the specifications of the Crawford County Department of Engineering shall govern this project. The following
revisions to the ODOT specification regard to definitions are applicable.
101.03 Department shall mean the Crawford County Department of Engineering.
101.03 Director shall mean the Crawford County Engineer or his duly authorized representative.
101.03 Engineer shall mean the Crawford County Engineer or his duly authorized representative.
101.03 Laboratory shall mean the person or company designated by the Crawford County Engineer to make tests of
material and supplies.

0.950 miles and terminating at the intersection of Beck Rd. (CR 20).

temporary off site work area property for production and storage for the furnishing and paving a
Cold Constructed Asphalt Pavement (CCAP) according to the requirements set forth within these
