The Contractor shall provide complete, total building maintenance for the University Park Plaza Building located at 2829 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. Contractors are expected to work with the University to ensure that all appropriate University Building Code Office permits, reviews and drawings are approved. The scope of work may include the following: repair and/or replacement, system retrofits, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, building systems operation and time and material projects. Systems worked on may include the following: boilers, chiller, pumps, air handling units, EMS, and other software systems. Technicians and tradesmen provided for this Contract must be trained and licensed in their specific disciplines and meet or exceed the specifications below. The Contractor must be able to provide a Maintenance Service Request Process for this Contract. The Contractor must also be the first call from the University's fire alarm monitoring company and must be able to respond in case of emergency 24/7. The Contractor must work with the University Authorized Representative and University of staff on all aspects of this Contract. If any aspect of the Contract is subcontracted, including equipment or personnel, the Contractor must oversee all aspects of the subcontractor's work. Question deadline : 5/25/2023 01:00:00 PM (ET)
