As of June 15, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 20, 2023. The Township of Wyckoff, New Jersey, shall receive sealed proposals at Memorial Town Hall, 340 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff, New
Jersey for CONTRACT #2023-06 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2023. Each proposal must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the contract
specifications. A Bid Deposit must accompany submissions in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified
Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check equaling 10% of the bid but not to exceed $20,000. An
unconditional consent of surety is also required to submit the proposal. Each proposal must be
enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be
addressed to the TOWNSHIP CLERK'S OFFICE and delivered at the place and hour mentioned
above. Envelope or Package must be endorsed, #2023-06 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2023.
1. This solicitation will be awarded via a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A.
19:44A-20.5 et seq. 2. Bidder must be registered with the State of New Jersey at the time of the
contract award. Bidders will be required to present a copy of their Business Registration
Certificate (BRC). 3. Bidders must provide an Ownership Disclosure Affidavit with the bid
proposal; failure to provide the same is a non-waivable defect. 4. Bidders must comply with
N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Supply and install approximately 12,460 tons of (I-5) hot mix asphalt (HMA) on
Township of Wyckoff roads.
o Supply and install approximately 1,975 sq. yards of roadway base repair- 6 inches dense
grade aggregate (DGA) stone sub-base- 4 inches (I-2) hot mix stabilized base asphalt (if
and where directed by the DPM).
o Milling of approximately 82,000 square yards of the Township of Wyckoff roads.
o Reset approximately 41 utility holes located on Township of Wyckoff roads.
