Site Directions: The work sites are located in Independence, Kentucky and Alexandria, Kentucky. Exterior and interior repair work and painting of: 1) a 1,000,000 gallon toroellipse elevated water storage tank with a 75 ft. diameter located at 10390 Woeste Rd. in Alexandria, Kentucky; and 2) a 1,000,000 gallon fluted column elevated water storage tank with a 74 ft. diameter and a high-water level of 136.5 ft. located at Water Tower Way in Independence, Kentucky. Bidders can submit a bid for the Old State 4 Work only (Section A), the Independence Tank Work only (Section B) and/or both tanks (Section C).
