Site work for a civil project in Winberry, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The solicitation was requesting only letters of interest to bid for the project. They will be bidding out the full project soon. CONTRACTORSSUB is continuing to plan for its McKenzie River Water Supply Project. The project is anticipated to include a new river intake and pump station, pipelines, and a new water treatment plant. This notice is provided to request letters of interest (LOIs) in the project from potential Construction Manager / General Contractors (CM/GCs). SUB wishes to gauge the level of interest in this project by potential CM/GC contractors if this project were to be delivered using alternative delivery methods as outlined in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279C.335. SUB also intends to use the letters of interest for distribution of future notifications about project updates. LOIs shall be submitted by email to Rebecca Wheeler, Purchasing Agent, RebeccaW@subutil.com.
