Introduction Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed Proposers to prepare design of the McKenzie River Intake, Raw Water Pump Station, and Membrane Filtration Water Treatment Plant (hereafter McKenzie Water Treatment Plant) as described in Section II below. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the project, the required scope of services, the Proposer selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in the Proposer's proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with this RFP's requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification.
