The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all pump station, tank, and electrical improvements work including all work necessary to furnish, install, remove, abandon, modify, pressure test, disinfect, make connections to water distribution and storm/sewer collection systems, and construct a full working system as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Special Provisions. The work shall be performed such that the project shall be ready for use as described in the Special Provisions. Additional work related to the project to be performed by the Owner includes: -Water quality testing (after the shutdown of the water mains/reservoir/pumping facilities). -PLC and SCADA Programming of equipment at the conclusion of a successful joint (Contractor and Owner) systems start-up effort.
