This project will require the procurement and installation of some dust collection systems for the Red Dock facility. This project is federally funded and will have additional requirements listed within the bidding documents. This project will be subject to federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates and Buy American requirements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to planroom@americascentralport.com. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10% percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price.
