Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The general intent of this scope of work is to assist with the management of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Federally Funded Subgrant Agreement #H0846; Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Project 4496-017-R, awarded to Escambia County to acquire and demolish 7 single family residences throughout the county, and provide engineering and environmental services as necessary to develop conceptual plans, design, permitting of stream restoration, water quality enhancements, natural resources restoration, and wetland enhancement to the Bristol Park, Ranchlands/ Sagebrush and county wide areas. Design and management team shall demonstrate the lead firm and/or sub-consulting firms have the best qualifications to accommodate this scope of work for contract consideration.
