3566-004-100 Replacement of HVAC units and controls for the entire campus, as well as Privacy in the gymnasium locker rooms and restrooms. License Requirements: B Type of Award: Lump Sum Federal funds are being used either in whole or in part for this project (see the Instructions to Bidders), therefore this project is subject to, and Contractor must comply with, all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, Contractor agrees to comply with all such Federal requirements. Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 per calendar day Start/Delivery Date: July 17, 2023 Project Duration:275 Calendar Days All questions must be received by the Kern High School District, Kristan McWhorter, in written form [EMAIL kristan_mcwhorter@kernhigh.org] a minimum of seven (7) days prior to bid opening date. This will allow time to respond to the question and/or issue an addendum to all contractors addressing the question. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days before bid date will not be acknowledged.
