Woodward Township, Clinton County will be accepting bids to shingle two pavilion roofs. One pavilion is located at Riverview Park. The other Pavilion is located by the Woodward Township Billboard sign at Veterans Bridge known as the Boat Launch Pavilion. Work to be completed at the Riverview Park Pavilion: Contractor will be responsible to supply and install Sandtone long faced drip edge, one inch roofing nails, shingle starter, low omni ridge vent and GAF Barkwood cap shingles. Contractor to supply and replace 8 sheets inch CDX plywood. Shingles and underlayment will be provided by the township but installed by contractor. Dimensions of Riverview Park pavilion roof: 42 feet x 14 feet per side. Work to be completed at the Boat Launch Pavilion: Contractor will be responsible to supply and install Brown long faced drip edge, one inch roofing nails, shingle starter, low omni ridge vent and GAF Barkwood cap shingles. Contractor to supply and replace 6 sheets inch CDX plywood. Shingles and underlayment will be provided by the township but installed by contractor. Dimensions of the Boat Launch pavilion roof are: 50 feet x 14 feet per side. Successful bidder responsible for removal of old shingles, underlayment and disposal of all roofing debris and the like. Upon removal of old shingles, should contractor discover more damaged sheeting, township to be notified immediately to discuss replacement of damaged sheeting. Contractor must provide proof of insurance. Work to be scheduled and coordinated through the township. All work must be completed by September 30, 2023.The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
