The work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Base Bid: a. Roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1, 1A, 2, 3, & 4 with Single Ply EPDM Roofing Membrane System with a Twenty (20) Year - NDL Warranty and all associated work. b. Provide new stainless steel counterflashing, cavity wall insulation, weep holes an all associated work at the existing mechanically keyed through wall flashing, as indicated on the drawings. c. Provide and install retro-fit roof drains, as indicated on the drawings. d. Provide and install expansion joint assembly at wall tie-in, as indicated on the drawings. e. Provide and install pre-finished aluminum metal edge, and fascia extender, as indicated on the drawings. f. Provide and install masonry repointing, as indicated on the drawings. g. Provide and install wood framing, joist hangers and plywood sheathing at roof opening infill, as indicated on the drawings. h. Provide and install 4" pvc interior roof drain piping, insulation and pipe hangers, as indicated on the drawings. i. Provide and install cmu @ door opening infill, aluminum/frp door and aluminum door frame & door hardware, as indicated on the drawings. j.
