Washington Road Resurfacing Bidders must comply with current Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Improvements in Miami County, Ohio as determined by the United States Department of Labor, Wage, and Hour Division. 1. A certified check, cashiers' check or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the total Bid amount, payable to the Board of Miami County Commissioners and the Ohio Department of Transportation, or; 2. A Bid bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount, payable to the Board of Miami County Commissioners and the Ohio Department of Transportation. The Board of Miami County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids and to award the contract to the bidder, or bidders, who, in their opinion, offer the lowest and best bid. The County intends and requires that this project be completed no later than October 15, 2023.
