Removal and replacement of existing pavement, curb ramp construction, pavement marking removal and temporary traffic marking placement. All work performed on the project will be subject to the State of Washington prevailing wage rates *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineers estimate is [$470,000 - $530,000]. the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
