Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 115-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and 115-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for this project involves renovation of public restrooms at Malcolm Terrace Park and Conway Park, both of which are approximately 150 square feet each. Renovations include the addition of a heat only system, exhaust fans, interior and exterior lighting, removal and replacement of grille ceiling with insulation, removal and replacement of roofing, relocation of domestic water service, replacement of existing bathroom fixtures, repaint of interior and exterior trim, modification of interior fixtures for ADA compliance, and electrical work. The work involved with this project is described in further detail within the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to revise the project limits and may add or remove work locations at any time.
