Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of all work associated with the construction of Basement Water Intrusion Repairs to The Allen Building For The School of Nursing Southern University, Shreveport, Louisiana. The repairs will include selective demolition work, installation of drainage system, concrete overlay sloped to drain, installation of new sump pumps with discharge piping, structural steel to be blasted or cleaned, concrete repairs, exposed steel to be coated with zinc-rich primer and coating system, installation of Owner Provided dehumidifier, exterior selective demolition work, installation of new concrete curb and metal flashing, and routing of sump drainage piping to existing exterior drainage area and sump. The project will include electrical work, HVAC work, and plumbing work. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Contract Time: 100 Calendar Days / Liquidated Damages: $400.00 per Calendar Day Estimate: $355,500.00 All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with La. R.S. 38:2212(B)(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 12:00 PM CT
