Renovation of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Priority - Critical Piping Replacement in Future PS and SSC After-the-Years, but not limited to, the main work for the critical piping replacement, which is part of this contract, includes: The project consists of replacing the main supply and return heating water piping on the 7th, 8th floors + lean-to of 400 Youville and the storm piping on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors (partly) of 105 McGill. Trim all existing openings for new equipment. Re-approve all openings following the demolition or dismantling of electrical mechanical equipment.
