Proof of Responsibility forms are available from the ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT located on the 1st floor of the Menomonee Falls Village Hall, W156 N8480 Pilgrim Road, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin 53051 or the Village of Menomonee Falls website and must be filed with the Director of Engineering and Development at least five (5) calendar days before the Bid opening date. Pre-Qualification: Yes Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Village of Menomonee Falls in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract within ten (10) days after the award of the contract.
