The general nature of the work is as follows: 1. A building addition will house new administration offices and a new main entrance, and an exterior patio area will be constructed for student 2. The existing choir/orchestra space and media center will be remodeled as well as the existing administrative offices, which will be converted to a student commons space. 3. The existing HVAC systems serving the auditorium wing will be replaced with new geothermal sourced systems. 4. Under bid alternates existing restrooms and concesssions space will be remodeled.
