Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall install a new liner membrane on the interior of the Charles Wells reservoir. Included in this work is coordination with the Water Authority to drain the reservoir, cleaning the interior of the reservoir, inspecting, and making repairs as required, preparing the interior concrete surface and installing the liner membrane system, cleaning and disinfecting the reservoir, and refilling the reservoir and testing the water to verify the reservoir can be placed back into service. In addition, minor repairs to the exterior of the reservoir are also included in the work.
