SPECIFICATIONS Proposers will be required to submit a proposal based on the attached construction document, see: Attachment A - Construction Plans Attachment B - Project Specifications Attachment C - Bid Schedule Only proposals with a complete proposal form and bid schedule with no prices left blank, will be considered. B. BONDS All construction for projects in excess of $50,000 must submit a performance bond for at least fifty percent (50%) of the Contract value. Prospective bidders shall have the opportunity to raise questions at the Prebid Meeting, scheduled by request.
