Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vallejo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of, but is not limited to: remove and replace curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, and curb ramps; install microsurfacing (Type III) and Asphalt rubber chip seal w/ black rock microsurfacing (Type 2); hot-mix asphalt paving; installation of new drain inlets and piping; and pavement striping, signage, and relocating utilities. The cut off time for submission of bid questions is 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Any questions received after this time will not be responded to. Written questions will be the only questions that receive an official response from the City.
