The purpose of this bid is to solicit prospective bidders to provide the services necessary to demolish a structure within the Village of Estero, Florida; specifically, the structure located on Village-Owned property - address: 8801 Corkscrew Road, Estero, FL. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and incidentals necessary to perform the work as specified herein. The Village reserves the right to exercise its discretion, to waive minor informalities in any response; to reject any or all responses with or without cause; or to accept the response that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the Village. Further, the Village, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to separately quote any project that is outside the scope of this solicitation, whether through size, complexity, or dollar value. Each respondent must examine the solicitation documents and shall judge all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents. Any inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be made in writing, submitted at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the response is due
