Steep Hollow Transformer Addition Project Bid must be completed and submitted on the forms found within the Specifications. Incomplete bid forms will invalidate the bid and the bid will be rejected and returned to the bidder upon request. The right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities is hereby reserved by Bryan Texas Utilities. BTU may hold the responses for a period of 90 days without taking action. Bidders are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time. Question Deadline 06/16/2023 at 5:00 PM CT All questions or clarifications related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System BTU believes that the data contained in these specifications is sufficient for the preparation of bids. Requests for additional information will be considered depending on the bid time frame and the availability of the requested information. Such information will be submitted to all known bidders simultaneously. Brazos Valley Online Bidding System prior to 5:00 p.m. CST on June 16, 2023. Contact with any BTU employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the BTU Procurement Specialist. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.
