Ulster Co., Pavement Resurfacing - NY Route 28, Hurley Mountain Rd to Waughkonk Rd, Towns of Kingston & Ulster Goals : SDVOB: 6.00% This project will resurface Route 28 from Hurley Mountain Road to Waughkonk Road in the Towns of Ulster and Kingston in Ulster County. The work will primarily consist of milling the existing pavement and resurfacing the roadway surface with warm-mix asphalt. Additional work will include maintenance to the overground drainage systems. This project will extend the service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Summer 2023. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Winter 2023/2024. Counties: Ulster NYDOT: Pavement Resurfacing - Ny Route 28
