Demolition, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,989-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 13,387-square-foot municipal facility.
PROJECT No #22-071, 22-086 All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
