As of August 15, 2023, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Town Hall Masonry Restoration A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid. A letter of credit may only be revocable by the Owner. OR 2.A bond or certified check for the full amount of the bid. Either will be retained for the successful bidder or returned to unsuccessful bidders after the contract is executed.A certified check must include a one (1) year warranty on the materials and on the construction work.
