The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms ("Proposers") for HAZ/HBM/Abatement and Environmental Engineering Consultant Services to prepare complete design packages and reports, identify the preferred design alternate, as well as complete phased bidding/construction plans, specifications and estimates, complete bid and construction ready contract documents, support bidding of the first phase(s) for construction and engineering support during construction and close out phases. Please see the CONSULTANT's Scope of Services in RFP. Services requested to ensure the following general summary of the intended resultant work is designed, permitted, approved, bid, and constructed on the City's historic and asbestos containing material fireproofed existing Library building: o Roof Replacement, o HVAC system and controls Replacement, o Carpet Replacement, o Interior LED Troffer Retrofit Kits, o LED Exterior Lighting; and, o Related Work. TOTAL PROJECT BUDGET: $6,014,328
