HDD Installers must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as the prime bidder with the specific product and have installed a minimum of 50,000 LF of pipe by HDD as the prime bidder. New 8-inch force main is being installed along the west side of US Highway 27 from Sunshine Drive north to approximately 500 feet south of the Alturas Babson Park Cut Off Road (CR 640) right-of-way.
