Complete dewatering of the reclaim basins and clean sludge out of the basins to accommodate work. Install other temporary operational means, dewatering pump, and temporary piping to accommodate backwashing without impacting the main reclaim basin. 2. Demolish existing sludge sweeps. 3. Install two new owner supplied sludge sweeps, and complete associated electrical, controls, and SCADA integration. 4. Install valves (eccentric plug valves and check valves), electric actuators and associated piping. Core drill pipe penetrations in basins. 5. Install two new submersible dewatering pumps, and associated piping. 6. Replace Access Hatches 7. Coating work of existing piping support below the water level in the reclaim basin. 8. Core drill and install pipe/valving between "forebay area" and main reclaim basin, along with valve operator extensions/guides. 9. Cleanup and return to standard service. Schedule B - RTR Channel Improvements 1. Minimal demolition, temporary removal of stainless-steel baffle wall to accommodate the construction of a new concrete divider wall, and v-notch weir to accommodate single point of chlorine dosing and operational flexibility. 2. Construct cast in place concrete wall, including reinforcement etc. 3. Install slide gates and grated walkway for access to the gates. 4. Coating work of large diameter raw water and overflow cast iron pipes in RTR basin basement. 5. Clean up and return to service. Schedule C - Bid Alternate E1 1.
