Renovation of an educational facility in Bennington, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work will include procurement and coordination of qualified subcontractors for various trades in support of the work, including without limitation, sitework, concrete and masonry work, MEP work, structural work, cutting and patching, and any and all other work to achieve a complete and acceptable finished project A substantial completion date will be established between the Owner and Contractor within 30 days of execution of the contract, based upon equipment availability, and the Owner's and Contractor's schedules. The established substantial completion date will be an amendment to the contract between the Owner and Contractor A Bid Bond in the form ofAIAA310 will be required for 5% of the Construction Cost. A Performance and Payment Bond in the form ofAIAA312 will be required for 100% of the Construction Cost. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Contractor shall be subject to comply with any and all governmental regulations and requirements, including without limitation, Equal Employment Opportunity, the Davis-Bacon Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards, Act, the Clean Air Act, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, and the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment.
