Renovation of a medical facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 62,530-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility.
This project consists of renovation and remodel of the approximately 62,530 square feet of laboratory and office space on the basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor and roof of the Medical Sciences Building. The University of Missouri / River City Construction, LLC as the Construction Manager, is accepting bids for the Work Categories noted below: 04.7 . Masonry06.7 . General Works 07.7A . Roofing07.7B . Firestopping08.7 . Interior Glazing09.7A Flooring09.7B . Ceramic Tile09.7C . Painting012.7 . Window Treatments Additionally, River City Construction, LLC is pursuing the work category below as a General Contractor. All interested and qualified small, disadvantaged, minority, and women's businesses should contact, in writing, (certified letter, return receipt requested), Justin Beaty, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to the bid opening date of December 11th, 2023, at 1:00PM.
